redcircle consulting was founded by Samuel Festa in 2007. Samuel graduated from the University of Queensland with a degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration. He grew up in and around a family owned business and has successfully managed a Brisbane based company for three years.
An advocate of maintaining a healthy work-life balance Samuel has visited over 17 different countries including hiking two weeks through the Himalayas to Mt Everest Base Camp.
Based on his education, experience and research Samuel concluded that many small business owner-managers were overworked and had limited support to grow, polish or professionalise their business. As a solution to this problem redcircle consulting was developed to help small businesses build bigger futures.
